Q. I'm bringing a group to RTP and I have many questions on what I will need and what to expect. What can you tell me to help prepare?
A. We encourage you to bring a big group. We are encouraging everyone to bring a friend who doesn't know the Lord. The greatest preparation you can do is spend time in prayer for your group and all the events surrounding Raise The Praise. It is important that all YP's and families have your youth at the stage during ministry times and Saturdays breakout session.
Q. What is taught and provided at RTP?
A. RTP is a non denominational outreach that ministers the message of hope in Jesus. We believe Jesus to be the only begotten Son of God. We believe in the forgiveness of sins through the preaching of the cross and the convicting power of the Holy Spirit to draw the hearts of those who need Christ and or a deeper, more dedicated walk with Christ. We provide incredible Biblical teaching, a genre of music and the Christian arts, through men and women who are dedicated to their relationship with the Lord and are actively involved in ministry. We provide an array of exciting ministries that everyone can truly enjoy in an atmosphere that is safe, wholesome and non threatening. After ministry time an invitation is given for those who feel the need to make a decision to accept Christ, rededicate or for prayer in general. We have Ministers and Christian workers who are trained in helping new Christians understand their newly found faith. If new Christians are not already connected to a fellowship, we connect them to a Christian fellowship in their local area. We provide Bibles to those who come forward and we do commitment cards for follow up. We also have cool giveaways during the day for all ages.
